Users are permitted to hold only one active registration with www.netquant.ai Subscribers to premium service membership are requited to create a unique password, necessary for accessing said services.

Subscribers retain the ability to modify their account setting, including email address, phone number and passwords.

In the event of forgetting your password or user name, assistance can be sought by contacting hello@netquant.ai. Our support team will provide the necessary guidance. For account recovery.
Additionally, valid credit card information must be furnished for billing purposes.

By subscribing you agree to pay the applicable subscription fee as detailed on this site. Please note that sales taxes maybe applicable and charged in a addition to the subscription fee.

Electronic Authorization

BY PLACING YOUR ORDER, YOU ARE PROVIDING YOUR ELECTRONIC AUTHORIZATION FOR FUTURE CHARGES TO BE MADE AGAINST YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE IN ACCORDING WITH THE MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION FEE SCHEDULE. UNLESS YOU CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR CANCELLATION POLICY.

Renewal Cancellation and Refund Policy

Occasionally, Premium Service may feature a 15-day discounted price or introductory offer. Such offers are limited to one per person or household at any given time. Additionally, there is a restriction of one membership per person and household within any 12-month period, unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotional offer.

Upon enrolling for Premium Service membership, we will send you a confirmation email at the time of enrollment. The email will confirm your access to the Premium Service for the duration of your membership. To avoid charges, you must cancel your subscription before the end of this promotional period. If you don’t cancel within the promotional period ,we will email you to inform you that we will process payment using the primary credit card or other payment method provided during registration. Automatic Renewal

Unless you notify us to terminate our Premium Service, your subscriptions will be renewed automatically on a monthly basis. This ensures uninterrupted access to our services. The subscription fee, as outlined at the time of sing-up, will be charged to your method of payment once a month. TO AVOID MONTHY CHARGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE THE RENEWAL DATE.

After 12 months of continuous subscription, we will contact you at least 7 days prior to billing to confirm your agreement for ongoing monthly renewals at current or adjusted monthly fees. If you choose not to renew your subscription beyond this period, your subscription will not be renewed.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Support at  1-972-643-8575 or hello@netquant.ai. If cancellation is not made before the monthly renewal date, the subscription fee for the subsequent month will be charged. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the services until the end of the current billing cycle.
